Description of Services/Introduction: The Interior Design Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to perform Interior Design, Furniture Planning, Construction Project Design, Construction Project Management, and Related Facilities Project Management Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement, except for those items specified as government furnished property or services. Familiarity is required with the disciplines of architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering, facility management, and Privacy and HIPAA to coordinate work and to provide necessary modifications or other requirements to meet project objectives defined by the agency. The Contractor shall perform to the standards delineated in this contract.
