The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase, delivery, and installation of Audio and Visual Equipment to upgrade the Emergency Operations Center. The bid schedule and contract CLIN schedule are below but a full quote breakdown is still required for technical evaluation purposes. Site Visit attendance is highly encouraged for this acquisition prior to submitting a quote.
Site Visit attendance is highly encouraged and will be held on 21 September 2023 at 10:00AM PDT and again on 25 September 2023 at 10:00AM PDT.
Location: Building 620; Will meet at Nellis AFB Main Gate parking lot to receive base access. Please contact the Contracting Officer at (702) 679-2521 to confirm attendance and upon arrival.
