RSVP for site visit is due by Monday, September 18, 2023 at 3:00 PM HST.
Site visit will be conducted on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 9:00 AM HST.
Questions must be submitted by Friday, September 22, 2023 at 3:00 PM HST.
Offers must be received by Monday, October 16, 2023 at 3:00 PM HST.
