Q1: Are you looking to have a warning system installed indoors to alert your staff working indoors, or are you looking to have an outdoor warning for those working outdoors (and if so, which parts of the base need coverage)?
A1: Indoors – We’re looking to have something that’ll give us a countdown to all clear from the last strike. Just something we can visually see, like a screen with the strike distance from field and a count down.
Q2: How many staff members would need to be on the alert notifications?
A2: Between 40-50 (Airfield Management, Fire Department, Command Post, Commanders, Supervisors of Flying)
