The Alaska Army National Guard is seeking for a contract opportunity with local businesses that can provide Non-commercial Sustaining Announcement (NCSA), and Public Education Partnership (PEP) program though radio and television for the Alaska Army National Guard-Recruiting and Retention Battalion (AKARNG-RRB).
This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract opportunity for a period of 12 months advertisement service.
Offeror will submit a Monthly Status Report (MSR) to contracting office for approval. This includes TV, Radio tracking, reporting, and Return of Investment (ROI) plan.
Offeror will submit the Quality Control Plan (QCP) for Contracting Officer Representative (COR) approval.
Offeror will discuss production schedules, post-production works, postings, distribution target dates, with Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and contracting office.
For the duration of this opportunity. Offeror will provide the contracting office/COR with the following information:
- Monthly Analysis report for Return of Investment (ROI). (e.g.,4:1 ratio).
- On a monthly basis, Broadcasters will provide the AKARNG RRB with detailed MSRs that include an analysis of the campaign performance along with recommendations to enhance the results.
- Ensure they meet NGR 601-1 style guide requirements.
- Ensure they meet federal broadcast requirements (closed captioning, etc.).
- Ensure we have received all usage agreements for each spot.
- Broadcasters will assist AKARNG with customized radio scripts and coordinate recording sessions with local radio broadcast networks to provide AKARNG with the opportunity to showcase AKARNG state-specific opportunities and messaging.
