The 27 Special Operations Maintenance Group is requesting a static display for the newly retired AC-130W. The contractor team will be required to set it up on a stand, and replace the wheels with the requested parts from the performance work statement. It will be a permanent aircraft stand kit as well as tie downs for the wings at the static display site. This will allow the aircraft display to withstand strong wind gusts up to 100 mph.
