Holloman AFB requires the purchase and delivery of three (3) Hurst SC 358E2 Combi tools for use with existing support equipment. As such, this requirement is a 'Brand Name' only request. See attached J&A for justification of Brand Name restriction. Only Authorized sellers of HURST Jaws of Life products will be allowed to quote this requirement. All others will not be considered.
