This solicitation, FY23-F3YCFA3164AW03-B1186 Comm Infrastructure, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(a).
