This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation W9127N23Q0090 for the purchase of Roller Chains for the STS Fish Screens for delivery to The John Day Lock and Dam, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
Please see the attached Specifications.
The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04.
This solicitation is advertised as unrestricted under NAICS Code 332999 - All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing (SB Size Standard 750 employees). All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
The government requests quotes for the following items:
CLIN 0001: DWG # JDF-84-38-35 & 36 ROLLER CHAIN, QTY: 16.0 EA
CLIN 0002: DWG # JDF-84-38-35 & 36 ROLLER CHAIN, QTY: 64.0 EA
*Note: 1 SET = 4 CHAINS EACH (EA) = 2 LH/BX, 2 RH/BX, 2 BX/PALLET
Delivery Information: Delivery/pickup shall be to the following location: USACE PORTLAND DISTRICT, I-84 EXIT 109, THE JOHN DAY LOCK AND DAM, RUFUS OR 97050
FOB destination must be included in the offered price. Firm Fixed Price.
Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. For offerors with a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), complete paragraph (b) of the provision and submit with the response to the RFQ.
AMENDMENT 0001: This amendment is incorporated to include questions from interested vendor(s) and to provide an updated quantity for CLIN 0002. The quantity for CLIN 0002 is updated from 62.0 Sets to 64.0 Sets. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
AMENDMENT 0002: This amendment is incorporated to include questions from interested vendor(s), to provide updated solicitation documents (see attached SF30 and Q&A2 for details), and to extend this solicitation's closing date until 22 September 2023, 2:00PM PDT. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
