NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE
Notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to The Winvale Group, LLC, 3951 Westerre PKWY STE 250, Henrico, Virginia 23233-1318, United States. The Winvale Group, LLC will provide Codan/Daniels VHF Radio Repeater system components. (See General Description below). Under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). The value of the contract is expected to be $92,309.16. The Winvale Group, LLC is a small business under multiple NAICS codes.
This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. This supply will be procured under Firm Fixed Price Supply in accordance with FAR 12 procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1.
