The U.S. Department of Labor, Mine Safety & Health Administration, Approval & Certification Center's Deisel Laboratory is in need of a Combustion Air Handling Unit. The place of performance will be Triadelphia, West Virginia.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) The attached solicitation, 1605C4-23-Q-00081, is a request for quotation (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-05.
(iv) This requirement is unrestricted and the associated NAICS code is 333415, Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.
