The U.S. Forest Service is soliciting offers for a single award, Firm-Fixed Price contract type with an estimated magnitude for the base and options between $100,000 and $250,000. The Government anticipates awarding a sole contract to make building improvements Creede, CO. Additional awards, at Forest Service discretion, may be considered depending on Forest Service need and results for proposal evaluations.
Scope of Work:
Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery for the following:
- Remove and install new windows.
- Prepare and paint building exterior.
- Remove and install new lighting and switches.
- Remove and install new electrical panels
This opportunity is set aside for total small businesses.
