This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number W9127Q23R0010 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2023-04, Effective June 2, 2023 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) Publication Notice (DPN) dated June 9, 2023. This requirement is a small business set aside under NAICS 541620 with a size standard of $19M.
Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Industrial Hygiene Survey Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please see attached for full synopsis solicitation details.
Deadline for receipt of your proposal is established for no later than 4:00 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
All questions concerning this requirement must be submitted by Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 3:00 PM CDT. Questions will be answered via an amendment to this solicitation. Questions are to be submitted electronically to amber.n.young1.civ@army.mil .
