The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC), located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement for services to assess and make necessary repairs to the fire door within the medical facility at NNMC. The anticipated period of performance will be for six (6) months from the Date of Award.
The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 238990 – All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a small business size standard of $19M
The Request for Quotation No. IHS1479386 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by September 5, 2023. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need outlined in the Statement of Work, past performance, and price.
Quotes will be due on or by 12:00 pm on September 13, 2023. The acquisition is set-aside as Unrestricted.
In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
