To submit a quote, submit the CLIN schedule that appears in Section B of the solicitation, any clauses/provisions that have not been acknowledged in SAM.gov under your registration, Vendor Information Form, Related Experience Form, and a completed Past Performance Questionnaire for any prior project you wish to have considered as part of your quote.
Note: The first two pages of the combined synopsis/solicitation that may appear to be missing is the SF 1449 form that is NOT needed for this RFQ.
