Description: Provide and deliver storage lockers to hold Self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) tanks
Scope: 4 storage lockers.
Quantity (2) bulkhead mounted cabinets that holds (4) 45 minute SCBA bottles that meet NFPA/U.S.C.G. Life Saving Equipment standards made from marine grade metal with latching doors, not to exceed 200 lbs when fully loaded and approx. dimensions of 34” x 13” x 30”
And
Quantity (2) deck mounted cabinets that holds (6) 45 minute SCBA bottles that meet NFPA/U.S.C.G. Life Saving Equipment standards made from marine grade metal with latching doors, not to exceed 400 lbs when fully loaded and approx. dimensions of 26” x 11” x 57”
Equivalent Items:Equivalent items are acceptable. Please ensure equivalent quality and size.

Delivery Location: Base Honolulu
Delivery Date: Indicate the date when you believe you can realistically perform the services or get the item(s) delivered on island.
Credit Card Fee: Indicate on the quote any credit card processing fee you would charge.
Award Criteria: The award will be based upon the lowest price technically acceptable.
