PURPOSE: This is a Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) announcement ONLY and SET-ASIDE for SMALL BUSINESS This is not a solicitation announcement. The Department of Veteran s Affairs, NCO 15, Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP), is conducting market research only to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and is issuing this Source-Sought notice to obtain: SIROLIMUS 1MG TAB 100/BT 3264 BOTTLES SUMATRIPTAN 6MG/0.5ML INJ SYRINGE 2/PG 3402 PACKAGES for the Tucson, Arizona, Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP). For additional details, see the attached Statement of Requirements (SOR). To be considered, vendors shall be either a SMALL BUSINESS: Authorized Distributor of the Manufacturer or An Authorized Distributor of a Reseller who is an Authorized Distributor of the Manufacturer Offers are not being solicited, currently. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on this request for information. Vendors shall address the following questions to be considered a viable source for future needs: Can you provide a letter of authorization from the manufacturer showing you are a Authorized Distributor of the manufacturer? YES, or NO? Can you provide a letter showing you are Authorized Distributor of an Authorized Reseller who can provide a letter showing they are an Authorized Distributor of the manufacturer? YES, or NO? To determine if Buy American Act (BAA) is applicable to this requirement, can you identify if items are considered manufactured in USA? YES, or NO? 4. Provide projected Delivery Schedule of products, i.e., number of days after receipt of order (ARO). Any responses to this Sources Sought must include answers to the above questions to adequately assess the capabilities of the marketplace in relation to the requirements of this procurement.
