The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the Office of Satellite and Product Operations (OSPO) has a requirement for hand-held spectrum analyzers. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. This requirement is being procured under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334515, “Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals” with a size standard of 750 employees. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13.
This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside for a Brand Name or Equal product with the brand name of “Rohde & Schwarz USA.” The Government anticipates a firm fixed price award as a result of this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
