Solicitation N32253-23-Q-0065 has been amended to extend the solicitation due date to 08 September 2023, 10:00AM HST.
All quotes must also include a signed copy of Amendment 0001.
The anticipated period of performance has been changed to 09/011/2023 - 11/17/2023.
The performance work statement, paragraph 2.6 Delivery, has been changed to November 17, 2023.

This is a solicitation for commercial services issued as a request for quote N32253-23-Q-0065.
Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) seeks a qualified Contractor to provide design and modification services for a prefabricated metal building within the contract duration allowed. The Contractor shall modify the Submarine Maintenance Enclosure’s (SME) “aft” roof wall to increase the clearance height to 38 feet 6 inches (38’6”) above ground level. The 38’6” height clearance is required for a minimum of six feet port & starboard of centerline. The Contractor shall provide calculations that prove the final modified structure will contain sufficient strength to perform its intended functions and the modification shall not interfere with the existing electrical or pneumatic systems in any way. No site visit will be available for this solicitation. Contractors will not have access to the inside of the SME while in use and the SME roof will not be available until approximately 09/27/2023. All drawings of the current SME prefabricated metal building are considered proprietary to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Ducworks, Inc. and Cartwright Architects & Engineers and will not be available for distribution by the Government.
The anticipated period of performance is: 09/08/2023 – 11/14/2023.

FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2, FAR 52.212-4 and FAR 52.212-5 applies to this procurement.
Offers need include a completed copy of the solicitation and provision FAR 52.212-3 and FAR 52.204-24.
Contract award will be in accordance to FAR 52.212-2 as stated in the solicitation. Quotes are due to this office no later than 10:00AM HST, 06 SEPTEMBER 2023. Quotes must be sent via e-mail to both the primary and secondary points of contact.
