FAA seeks to lease the following space:
1) City/State: Oahua Hawaii (see attached delineated area map for specific area)
2) Space Type: Office
3) Parking: 8 Reserved/Secured
4) Term: 10 years, 1 firm
5) Offered Space muse meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
6) A fully serviced lease is required.
7) Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered.
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which are included within the attached Draft Lease.
The Government will award a Lease only if the Lease will score as an operating lease under Office of Management and Budget Circular A-11, Appendix A. Only offers that are compliant with operating lease criteria will be eligible for award. Offerors are required to provide supporting documentation at the request of the RECO to facilitate the Government’s determination in this regard.
All vendors responding to this announcement are responsible for ensuring that documents submitted contain the appropriate proprietary marking.
