The contractor shall provide all tools, materials and labor to perform the following work.
Replace existing asphalt roofing shingles with metal roofing panels, install seamless gutters and
down spouts with splash guards on the Maintenance building inside the compound: Located at
Green River Lake, in Taylor County, Kentucky.
All measurements are given for reference only. Each bidding contractor should visit the job site
and assume responsibility for quantities and critical dimensions. A site visit will be scheduled
for the contractors to assess the working environment and building. Potential contractors should
attend this site visit to assess the working environment and building. Roof measures 22.5’ x 82’
on each side.
