This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Food Disposal Services at USCG Academy, New London, CT. This solicitation will be in accordance with, FAR 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures & FAR 17.2 - Options. Within this request, pricing provided will propose firm fixed and no other contract types will satisfy this RFQ.

This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time a quote is submitted, excluding outlined in FAR 4.1102(a). Registration information can be found at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/.
***All Offerors shall be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, transportation, and supervision to perform Food Disposal services at USCG Academy, 15 Mohegan Avenue, New London CT as per attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

**Request for quote (RFQ) is for Base year plus four** 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562111, SIC 4212, with Size Standard $47.0 & Product Service Code S222.
Quote will be for Base Year + Four - Firm Fixed Price (FFP) – Offers must align their quotes with CLINS referenced in attachment 12.a.1, meet par with PWS.
Quotes shall be written, and date stamped with “site visit conducted on” with date. Furthermore, quotes should not have an expiration date of less than 60 days.
***Service Contract Act Wage Determination No. WD 2015-4111 Revision 25 posted on www.sam.gov applies to this acquisition.
**** Contracting Officer is requesting that any vendor interested in performing a site visit to contact Jason Askew @ Jason.m.askew@uscg.mil.
****Contracting officer will not accept late bids past the close date of this solicitation and therefore will not consider it in the selection process in the pre-award phase. Site visit is essential to the quote as for the future awardee has familiarization with the facility requesting service.
