This acquisition is to provide one (1) non-personal services contract for operation and maintenance service within the area of responsibility of the Gillham Lake Project Office.
Place(s) and date(s) of performance:
Delivery shall be made to Gillham Lake Project Office, 706 DeQueen Lake Road, DeQueen, AR 71832.
Dates of performance will be as follows:
• Base Period – Date of Contract Award – 31 AUG 2024
• Option Period 1 – 1 SEP 2024 – 31 AUG 2025
• Option Period 2 – 1 SEP 2025 – 31 AUG 2026
Minimum Guarantee:
The guaranteed minimum is $10,000.00 and is for the base period only. There is no guaranteed minimum for the option periods, if exercised.
Quotes are due no later than Monday, September 25, 2023, at 10:00 AM CDT.
