COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in
accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not
be issued.
(ii) The solicitation number and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation RFQ).
(iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect
through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04 dated 06/02/2023.
(iv) A notice regarding any set-aside and the associated NAICS code 237310 Resurfacing, highway, road, street,
or bridge size standard $39.5 Million.

SCOPE OF CONTRACT
The work required by this contract consists of furnishing and applying an aggregate surface lift to the Lenore Seed Orchard Road and related work in compliance with its terms, specifications, and provisions. This work includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operation supplies, and incidentals.
Description of Work:
The Lenore Seed Orchard Road Resurfacing project consists of supplying and applying an aggregate surface lift to the Lenore Seed Orchard Road in the North Fork Ranger District. Work also includes preparing the roadways for the aggregate lift and rolling the roadway after application.
PROJECT LOCATION
The project is approximately 14 miles west of Orofino, Idaho. From Orofino, take US Highway 12 to Lenore Grade, and Lenore Grade turn right on 275 Rd W until the junction with the project location. This project is located on the North Fork Ranger District in Sections 32 and 34, Township 37 North, Range 1 West of the Boise Meridian.
