Synopsis: CONSTRUCTION REPAIR FOR VARIOUS WORK, MULTI FACILITIES HAWAII AIR NATIONAL GUARD (HI ARNG), JBPHH-HI SOURCES SOUGHT.
The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for these multiple projects including interested Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. Hawaii Air National Guard Base, JBPHH-HI, 96853 intends to issue solicitations and awards of contracts for –
Repair Fire Alarms, Multi Facilities
Repair AC Systems, Multi Facilities
Upgrade HVAC DDC, Multi Facilities
Repair Roofs, Multi Facilities
Chiller Repairs B3376
The magnitude of each project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 28 Aug 2023. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.
In the event adequate SDVOSB contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as SDVOSB sole source or small business set-asides. Information shall be provided via email to: cezar.y.deveas.mil@army.mil. Include the following in the subject line "Sources Sought W50SLF-23-X-0XPR". No facsimile responses will be honored.
