The Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center, Honolulu, Hawaii is soliciting quotations for the purchase, delivery, installation, and training of a Vertical Baler. THE QUOTE MUST ALSO INCLUDE THE REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF EXISTING MACHINE. This solicitation will be Total Small Business Set-Aside, FOB Destination. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. See attached specifications and pictures of existing machine and the access points where it can be removed. Please Note that Item must meet or exceeded attached specification in order to be considered for solicitation.

All potential offerors are advised that this solicitation includes the clause at FAR 52.212-4, for Commercial Items, Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This clause requires all contractors doing business with the Federal Government after September 30, 2003, to be registered in the SAM database. Please include your CAGE Code Number Or UEI number with your offer. If you have not completed your representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) you may complete the enclosed Provision 52.212-3.

Delivery is to be completed within 10 week or less of placed order. Delivery can be made Monday through Thursday between 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., excluding holidays. Items not delivered within the required time frame may be subject to cancellation and any/all shipping and restocking fees will be the responsibility of the vendor. Anticipated delivery date for items will be October 30, 2023.
