The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Daniel K. Inouye U.S. Pacific Basin Agricultural Research Center requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to provide electricity to a containerized mobile laboratory at its facility in Hilo, HI. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and specifications contained in this document.
