This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation W9127N23Q0082 for the purchase of 212.0 EA. SNAP PAC R2 Programmable Automation Controller including all Necessary Equipment for Operation for delivery to The Dalles Lock and Dam, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04.
This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 334513 - Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables, with a size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
The government requests quotes for the following items: CLIN 0001: SNAP PAC R2 Programmable Automation Controller, QTY: 212.0 EA
*Quotes will be accepted only from vendors who are authorized to distribute OPTO22-manufactured equipment in the Pacific Northwest.
Delivery Information: Delivery/pickup shall be to the following location: USACE PORTLAND DISTRICT, I-84 EXIT 88, THE DALES LOCK AND DAM, THE DALLES OR 97058
FOB destination must be included in the offered price. Firm Fixed Price.
Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. For offerors with a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), complete paragraph (b) of the provision and submit with the response to the RFQ.
