The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), Santa Fe Indian Health Center (SFIHC) has a requirement for an Automatic Pharmaceutical-Dispensing Equipment Lease and Support for the Santa Fe Indian Health Center, Santa Clara Health and Cochiti Health Clinic.
This is a combined synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The solicitation number is 75H70723Q00143 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unlessotherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04.

This requirement is a Set-Aside for Small Business and only quotes from qualified offerors will be considered. Offers will be solicited from Small Business concerns. If IHS does not receive enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers from the Small Business set-aside, IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider for award to other Small Business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this cascading set-aside will be from such a concern as follows:
First Tier: Small Business;
Second Tier: Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business;
Third Tier: Women-Owned Small Business;
Fourth Tier: HUBZONE
Fifith Tier: All Other Large Business Concerns.

This solicitation will result in a Single Award with a Base + 4 Option Years from date of award based on Satisfactory Performance ratings.
