UPDATE 8/30/23: Questions from the site visit have been answered, and provided as an attachment to this solicitation. No terms or conditions have changed, so no Amendment is required.
The USDA Forest Service is soliciting bids via an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to complete work associated with installation of a bridge used for Aquatic Organism Passage (AOP). Bids are due 9/19/2023 at 4pm ET/3pm CT. This project is subject to a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Bidders will be provided a link to the bid opening at time of (or soon afterward) bid submission.
A bid bond is required, as the estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. All bidders must be registered in SAM.gov to be eligible for award.

There will be a site visit, currently scheduled during the solicitation phase; Date: 8/23/23 Time: 0900 Central Time
Location: Gated End of South Indian Lake Road; the Forest Service will meet at the gate at that time to escort to project site. Coordinates are located on the front page of the attached construction drawings.
