Amendment 01 issued with the following changes:
1. Changes were made in accordance with the questions and answers responses (see Attachment 23), including updates to Attachments 17 and 18.
2. 23R0003_RFP Att 19 Divers Wage Determination 2004-0047 Amendment 1 has been added as it w as inadvertently not included in the original RFP release.
3. 23R0003_RFP Att 20 DD 254 OPSEC Requirements Amendment 1 has been added as it was
inadvertently not included in the original RFP release.
4. 23R0003_RFP Att 21 NSWCCD-71-TR Acoustic Trial Facility User’s Manual has been attached as a controlled attachment to the RFP.
5. 23R0003_RFP Att 22 Section 2.2 Reference Documents has been attached to support proposal preparation.
6. The RFP closing date has been extended to 10 October 2023 at 11:00am PDT.
