This is a notice for a Tech Challenge in support of the Coastal and Hydraulics Laboratory (CHL) at the Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC). The ERDC-CHL mission is to deliver solutions to our Nation’s most challenging coastal and hydraulics problems through research, development, and application of cutting-edge science, engineering, and technology.
This Tech Challenge focuses on solutions capable of clearing sediment from a wicket trench located at the Olmsted Locks and Dam in Olmsted, Illinois. ERDC-CHL is seeking to identify and determine the feasibility of innovative, diver-less techniques and technologies capable of cleaning wicket trenches.

All solutions shall be submitted via the ERDCWERX platform. Solutions for the general areas of interest will be accepted until 1600 CST 5 September 2023, or as otherwise specified on an individual program requirement.
