Case management requirement consists of assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluations of the options and services required to meet the Oregon Army National Guard (ORARNG) Soldier’s health and human service needs. The Contractor Case Managers shall be familiar with the regulations and policies that apply to Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) and deployment.
