The purpose of this effort is to design-build effort for Apron E at Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB), Albuquerque New Mexico. The project involves obliterating existing painted stripes, tape applied stripes, arrows, letters, numbers, and restriping for C -130 aircraft parking and flight line striping. The Contractor will complete pavement repainting to include striping, letters and numbers in colors as required by UFC 3-260-04, Airfield and Heliport Marking, for the designated parking spaces. New mooring points and mattress tie-downs will be furnished and installed. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) (Section J, Attachment 1) and associated attachments listed in the SOW. AMENDMENT: The purpose of this amendment is to update the attachments to incorporate Attachment 1 - Statement of Work, Revision 1 dated 31 August 2023, Attachment C - Preliminary Apron Plan (Revised), and Attachment H - Access Laydown Work Areas (Revised). Questions and Answers have also been included in the updated attachments.
