UPDATED DATE OFFERORS DUE: Response to this combined synopsis/solicitation must be received via email by 1200 Noon Hawaii Standard Time on 11 September 2023 via email to the contract specialist, Ms. Kelli Chinen, at kelli.chinen@us.af.mil and contracting officer, TSgt. Max Wazny, at max.wazny@us.af.mil. Any proposal that arrives to the contracting office after 1200 Noon Hawaii Standard Time on 11 September 2023 may not be considered for award.
