Amendment 2 - The purpose of this amendment revised Section J and provide questions/answers. Please note that the Government does not intend to schedule a site visit. However, this does not prohibit a contractor from visiting the installation independently. This is a non-personal services Contract to provide Refuse/Recycling Collection and Disposal. Fort Campbell Army Installation consists of over 105,000-acres and is located within the jurisdictions of four counties and two states (Kentucky (KY) and Tennessee (TN)). It is the size of a small city supporting over 30,000 military personnel, a civilian workforce of over 8,800 people, and is home to the second largest Army retirement community in the country with over 125,000 retirees visiting the installation to utilize facilities and benefits.
