Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to add the bid opening date and time of 1 Sep 2023 at 10:00 am Central to the solicitation SF 1442. See W50S72-23-B-7200-0001 for SF 30 Amendment 00001.
The Iowa National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the repari of joints and spalls on the ramp at the 185th ARW, located on the Sioux City Air National Guard Base, Sioux City, Iowa 51111.
The contract duration will be 60 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list.
This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a small business size standard of $45,000,000.
The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.
