COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in
accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this
notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) The solicitation number and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation RFQ).
(iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect
through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04 dated 06/02/2023.
(iv) A notice regarding any set-aside and the associated NAICS code 238310 Panel or Rigid Board Insulation Installation size standard $16.5 Million.

C.1 SCOPE OF CONTRACT
DESCRIPTION OF WORK Kamiah SO Sound Absorption Panels - Purchase and installation of sound absorbing panels in the Kamiah Supervisor's Office. Purchase approximately 1200 SF of tectum sound absorbing panels and install as shown on the plans. Purchase and installation of two whiteboards.
