1. The RFQ deadline has been extended from 21 Aug 2023 to 25 Aug 2023 at 1300 hrs.
2. The question period has ended. Answers to submitted questions are being formulated.

Combo Solicitation FA500023Q0090 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
The 673rd Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, will award a single contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror that offers the approved commodity service, is technically acceptable and is found to be the best value to the Government.
Building 3 Arctic Warrior Chapel Closed Circuit Video Surveillance System (CCTV)
- Site Visit: Monday, 14 August 2023 from 1400-1600. Enter JBER at the Boniface Gate at 1230 hrs
- Provide first and last name of participants attending the site visit by 14 August 2023, 0900 hrs..
- Participants need to bring photo ID to process the joint base visitor's pass.
- Combo Solicitation Questions Due: Tuesday, 15 August 2023 at 1600 hrs.
- RFQ Due: Monday 21 August 2023 at 1000 hrs.
The contractor must be capable to procure all necessary cameras, computer systems, servers, software, video displays, peripheral input devices, surge protectors, wall mounts, enclosures, boxes, racks, ports, switches, conduit, wireless boosters, cabling, connectors, fasteners, and electrical outlets.
The contractor shall provide installation of all parts, equipment, and/or outlets necessary for the provided system to fully operate. Installation will comply with all national electrical codes as well all industry standards. All wiring/connections will need to be housed in conduit/junction boxes.
Building 3 has asbestos. Spot treatment of asbestos is the best scenario. The contractor should sub-contract to a recognized asbestos abatement contractor to perform the needed services IAW "JBER Asbestos Management and Operating PLAN (AMOP) 23 February 2021". Minimal abatement should be required since current wire runners exist for systems currently installed throughout the chapel (such as sound system, fire suppression system) with ample room for additional wires.
Building 3 Arctic Warrior Chapel CCTV must be completed by 30 Sep 2023.
