This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format
in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-23-Q-0018 as an RFQ to procure
Hand-held radios and accessories.
2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW)
the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b).
3) Must be Berry Amendment Compliant.
4) Please format quote pricing as a reflection of the CLINs below. Description is as follows.
CLIN 0001 -
AN/PRC-152A(V)4(C) Qty: 2.00 Radios.
Accessory requirements:
6x Rechargeable 7.0A lithium-ion batteries
2x one bay battery charger
1x two bay battery charger
3x audio and accessory bags.
5) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror
whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and
other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
-Technical capability of the items offered to meet the Government requirement as described above;
-Shipping Time
-Price
5d) The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors.
Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical
standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by
the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in
the public interest; may accept other than the lowest priced offer; and may waive informalities and
minor irregularities in offers received.
