Contractor to engineer, furnish, install, and test (EFI&T) the upgrade of premise wiring infrastructure to Cat-6 for Building's 916, 712 & 327 at Columbus AFB, MS. The Contractor shall also be required to remove all existing outdated Cat-3/Cat-5 premise wiring in each building.
