This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation W50S8L-23-R-0004 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04.
The 123 STS is seeking airlift with applicable aircrew to support the 123 STS to perform Static line & Free Fall operations, to include Military Tandem Tethered Bundle. This service was previously provided under contract number W50S8L23P0014.
The contractor shall provide the use of civilian/military aircraft capable of supporting parachute operations in/around Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Merced CA, Elsinore, CA and DeLand, FL. Contractor will provide 90hrs of aircraft tach time over 12 months. Coordination will be conducted with contractor 30 days prior to when/where the aircraft will be utilized. Below is a plan to deviate from, we will always pre coordinate 30 days prior.
