This is a full-service project to include removal, disposal, and installation. All incidentals, i.e. (glue, transitions, flooring, and surface preparation shall be considered within the scope). The Contractor shall thoroughly clean and prepare existing substrates to receive new floor covering(s). Contractor shall fill holes and any cracks that measure wider than 1/8 inch. Holes larger than ¼ inch in diameter shall be filled with crack filler as appropriate for this application. The Contractor shall install a durable, resilient, and non-porous flooring finish and trim molding/border according to drawings/floor plans in accordance with manufacture installation instructions; CRI-104; and ETL 07-4.
