This acquisition is being issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside.

An organized site visit has been set for Tuesday,15 August 2023. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction).
Your attention is directed to Section L of the attached solicitation for Proposal Preparation and Section M of the attached solicitation for Evaluation Factors for Award.
