Provide hot Breakfast and Dinner to E CO 2-135th while they are conducting Annual Training at Camp Dodge, Iowa
Scope of Work:
The contractor shall provide all required personnel, equipment, tools, materials (including plates, cups and utensils), supervision and quality control necessary to deliver and drop off hot Breakfast and Dinner
Period of Performance:
15 days total - 9-23 September 2023 – Camp Dodge, Iowa
Schedule: Vendor will provide prepared meals, to include condiments, plates, utensils, drinking cups, bowls, and napkins. Providing meals includes preparing, serving, and cleaning. Caterer will provide all items necessary to complete the meal, as well as, chaffing dishes to hold food at the correct temperature. All products used in any portion of the meal will meet the minimum federal/state requirements for that particular meal.
