If older Boiler and Machinery forms are employed, comprehensive form including production machinery is required. 3. Communication and computer equipment 4. The foregoing equipment owned by public or private utility services. VALUATION 1. Property Damage – coverage to apply on a replacement cost basis and extended to provide the following: A. Valuation to be made at the time the property is actually repaired or replaced; B. Replacement on another site is to be permitted; 2. Business income (including rental value) and extra expense – actual loss sustained.
