The United States Property Fiscal Office (USPFO) on behalf of the West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG) is requesting a quote for Concrete Slabs. This requirement is being requested lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) meet or exceed. To be considered technically acceptable you must provide a quote that meets all specifications listed below. Please provide a quote in accordance with your terms & conditions.
100 Concrete slabs @ 4' x 4' x 6''
1/2" rebar will consist of 3’ rods on all 4 sides. Rebar must be space a minimum 6" from the edge and 2” in depth. At a minimum, rebar must be tied together with rebar tie wire at all 4 corners”
There needs to be a coated lifting cable at the top in which can be utilized to lift with minimal possibility for failure.
The Government will install the anchors as required in order to move and utilize concrete slabs in training.
a. Hoist Ring, 5000lb. WLL - [ Mfr Model #33714].
b. Drop-in anchor, ¾”-10 – [item #453G75]
c. Drill bit, 1” [item #22UW64].
d. Set tool for ¾” drop in anchor [Item # 4CB95].
