The Department of Veteran Affairs, Portland Veterans Affairs Healthcare System currently has a need for window washing and ice removal. These tasks include exterior window and ice removal service performing at least twice per year with atriums and stairways included. Boom lifts and snow removal services are a requirement. Statement of work will be attached to clarify work scope. This will be awarded through a firm fixed price contract. This award will be a firm fixed price contract.
This Procurement is a “Small Business Set Aside”
Any contractor that believes they can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within the time frame listed on the posted solicitation. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements in the solicitation.

Where all potential offerors will meet up in the Atrium in Bldg 100 when they arrive. Please see the attached Campus map.
After site visit all questions must be in by 3pm EST on 08/21/2023. Final bids must be received by the Contracting Officer's inbox no later than 1530 PST on 08/30/2023 in order to be considered.
