This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation W9127N23Q0078 for the purchase of 2 EA. for Schneider Electric Model 6 LVMCC-Model 6 motor control centers for delivery to The John Day Lock and Dam, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
Please see the attached Statement of Work for a full list of specifications and quantities.
The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04.
This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 335314 - Relay and Industrial Control Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.

Delivery Information: Delivery/pickup shall be to the following location: USACE PORTLAND DISTRICT, I-84 EXIT 109, THE JOHN DAY LOCK AND DAM, RUFUS OR 97050
FOB destination must be included in the offered price. Firm Fixed Price.
Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. For offerors with a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), complete paragraph (b) of the provision and submit with the response to the RFQ.
