This one time buy is pursuant to the award for licenses. Technical specifications include that quoted part number is Brand Name or Equal to the requested part, compliant to delivery schedule. Also, vendor must acknowledge and mark order as shipped when items are sent to customer(s) through the Vendor Portal. Quoted part numbers must be brand name or equal to be considered for award. Refurbished items will not be considered . Items are subject to review by the Northeast and Caribbean Supply & Acquisition Technical branch and the customer prior to award. It will be awarded using the evaluation criteria of lowest price technically acceptable with FOB Destination Pricing and delivered within 30 calendar days.

Award is subject to the terms and conditions of the RFQ document, including but not limited to the following:
1. Delivery is required 30 days after receipt of order (ARO)
2. Complete and accurate addresses will be provided on the purchase order subsequent to award. This is a FOB Destination.
4. Letter of Supply/Authorized Reseller letters and/or Teaming Agreements MUST be submitted WITH THE QUOTE, if applicable
5. A copy of your item specification sheet is required.
6. The award will be conducted based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Past performance evaluation will be performed as part of a responsibility determination.
Quotes must be valid for 30 calendar days.
